Quality Support, Inc. provided telemarketing and web-based application support while tasked to market and promote the Commerce Department’s BuyUSA.com website. This website offers a wide variety of export promotion and facilitation services to U.S. small-to medium-sized enterprises. We contacted selected potential customers to introduce them to BuyUSA.com, walk them through the application while stressing its overall benefits, and ultimately, processed and completed credit card purchasing transactions. We entered data into a variety of databases to ensure all marketing and promotional activity was captured electronically and available for reporting and statistical purposes.
