Project Manager - Washington, DC

QSI is seeking a Project Manager to support the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), as part of the Comprehensive Fee Management Support Services Program.  Job offers will be in the form of Letters of Intent to hire, contingent upon contract award.  Successful candidates will hold an ACTIVE Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.

Successful candidate will:

  • Possess the ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects in implementing business process development, business re-engineering, and strategic business projects
  • Have the capability to manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated time and resource constraints
  • Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Possess the ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data 
  • Be able to read and interpret policy, regulations, and directives
  • Be proficient in financial analysis, activity-based costing, Cost Perform software, and fee management processes
  • Have experience in liaising with other fee-funded federal agencies and fee rule writing




Education / Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing projects, with a focus on business process and re-engineering projects
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
