Conference Management and Web-Based Registration Services

Quality Support, Inc. provides support services for a series of study group meetings. The Information Technology Study Group (ITSG) meets two times per year to provide for an exchange of information between law enforcement agencies, industry, academia, and national laboratories on information and communications technology. The meetings are attended by approximately 90 participants. Contract activity includes supporting high-profile meetings in conjunction with designing and maintaining a “secured” web-based registration portal. Quality Support secures conference facilities, audio-visual equipment, arranges travel for subcommittee members, maintains participant databases, provides technical assistance on conference calls, reproduces materials and assembles meeting folders; designs and develops conference signage, name badges, and table tents; handles breakout room assignments; arranges for All Day Meeting Packages, inclusive of Continental Breakfast, Lunch, AM and PM breaks; conducts onsite registration and provides on-site conference support; reimburse client-sponsored participants; settles accounts and pays vendors.
