QSI is seeking a Visa Analyst to support our Government Client, located in Downtown, Washington, DC. Successful Candidate must possess an active TOP SECRET Clearance to be considered. The Visa Analyst provides support to the Government staff and prepares letters, reports, and specialized correspondence. S/he will be primarily assigned to the Office of Information Management and Liaison (VO/I), but possibly also to other VO offices.

QSI is currently seeking a Visa Assistant to provide administrative and visa-related support to our government client located in Downtown, Washington, D.C. The successful candidate must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this position and may require a Top-Secret clearance. The Visa Assistant will work under the day-to-day supervision of a government manager to ensure the effective operation of VO.

QSI is seeking a Management Analyst-III to provide support to our government client located in Portsmouth, NH. The candidate will primarily work at the National Visa Center (NVC) and/or the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) but may also be assigned to other VO offices. The MA-III will assist the Government staff and prepare letters, reports, and specialized correspondence. A Government manager will provide day-to-day oversight and directions.

QSI is seeking a Management Analyst II to provide assistance to our government client located in Portsmouth, NH. The candidate will primarily work at the National Visa Center (NVC) and/or the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), but may also be assigned to other VO offices. A government manager will provide daily supervision and guidance.

 

QSI is seeking a Management Consultant who will provide support to high-level Government staff. The Consultant may be tasked with monitoring and delegating work to personnel or a team, as well as leading special projects. Depending on Government needs, the consultant may be required to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Management Consultant is expected to perform all duties assigned, which may include but are not limited to other tasks.

QSI is seeking an Executive Assistant for our Government Client, located in Downtown, Washington, D.C. This Executive Assistant serves as a clerical expert in independently processing the most complicated types of office actions. The Executive Assistant may be asked to evaluate and consolidate information from various sources under short deadlines, such as internal or external survey information, reporting on statistics (retention, staffing, visa processing, etc.).

QSI is seeking a Program Analyst II to support our government client in Washington, D.C. The Program Analyst II provides support to the Government staff and prepares letters, reports, and specialized correspondence. S/he will be primarily assigned to VO, but possibly also to other CA offices. A Government manager will provide day-to-day oversight and direction. You must have an active Secret security clearance. 

QSI is seeking a Program Analyst III to support our government client in Washington, D.C. The Program Analyst III provides support to the Government staff and prepares analyses, letters, reports, and specialized correspondence, as well as oversees subordinate management analysts on the same project. S/he will be primarily assigned to VO, but possibly also to other CA offices. A Government manager will provide day-to-day oversight and direction. You must have an active Secret security clearance. 

QSI is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support our government client in Washington, D.C. The Talent Management Specialist supports VO-wide personnel-related efforts under the general guidance of VO/DO and the Contract Program Manager.

QSI is seeking a Contract Administrator to support our government client in Washington, D.C. The position of Contract Administrator requires expert level knowledge in acquisition regulations, basic contract terms and conditions, order procedures, proposal preparation, negotiations, and basic contract/order administration. The Contract Administrator must coordinate with the Contract Program Manager on all reporting requirements. You must have an active Secret security clearance.
